- This website is operated by HulkyPrints (“we”, “our”, “us”).
- Our products include 3D-printed collectibles, fan-inspired items, fidget toys, and custom prints.
- By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Orders
- All orders placed through hulkyprints.com are subject to availability and acceptance.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not received, a product is unavailable, or in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
3. Products
- All products are 3D printed using PLA or other specified materials.
- Minor variations, layer lines, or colour differences may occur and are considered normal characteristics of 3D printing.
- Fan-inspired designs are unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand, company, or franchise.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept credit and debit card payments at checkout, or cash for local pickup.
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- In-stock items ordered before 1pm may be shipped the same day.
- Delivery times vary by location and Royal Mail networks.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
- UK customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in line with consumer law.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in sealed packaging.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Custom Orders
- Customers must provide accurate files and specifications for custom prints.
- Printing will not begin until the final draft is approved.
- Payment must be made in full before production starts.
8. Intellectual Property
- All original images, text, and branding belong to HulkyPrints.
- Fan-inspired designs are transformative works and not official merchandise.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
9. Liability
HulkyPrints products are collectibles and display items. They are not toys unless explicitly stated and may not be suitable for young children. 3D printing materials are not food-safe.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Square POS).
- We do not store full payment details on our servers.
