At HulkyPrints, we do our best to get your 3D-printed creations safely into your hands as quickly as possible.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
⏱️ Processing Times
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order has been completed.
- Because each item is 3D printed with care, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
- You can also view your order details (including tracking) in your My Account section.
🚚 Shipping Methods
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Standard option for most orders. Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Express upgrade available at checkout. Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Royal Mail International Tracked
Standard international option. Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is
3–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and can vary due to factors outside our control
(for example: postal delays, strikes, weather conditions, or customs checks).
💷 Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart.
- Orders sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 incur an additional fee (paid upgrade).
- Shipping outside the United Kingdom is a flat rate to cover customs and shipping costs.
🌍 International Shipping
We now ship worldwide.
We handle printing and dispatch times as standard. Once your parcel is handed over to the delivery network,
you’ll be notified by us and Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail International Tracked as our shipping partner.
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking is also available in your My Account section.
- You can track your parcel directly through the Royal Mail website.
⚠️ Delays & Issues
- HulkyPrints is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or events outside our control.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (UK orders), please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
