Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your 3D-printed creations from HulkyPrints.
If something’s not quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds,
and exchanges work — clearly and fairly.
Returns at HulkyPrints
UK customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery,
in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are excluded from our returns and refunds process, including:
- Custom or personalised prints made to your specifications
- Digital files or gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether
your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within
5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
(for example, an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

and we’ll arrange the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked service.
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, HulkyPrints
will cover the return postage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue and your order number
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days,
please check with your bank or payment provider first.
